Overview

Gamma was looking for a creative partner who could bring a more innovative approach to multi-channel marketing. While many agencies could deliver individual campaign assets, they were searching for a team that could understand the personality of the brand and translate it consistently across different formats—from digital communications to out-of-home experiences.

Working with a strategist, we developed a proposal that went beyond a traditional pitch. We created a series of concept-driven creative explorations that demonstrated how a strategic approach, combined with strong design thinking, could bring Gamma's playful and distinctive brand personality to life across multiple channels.

Consistency without compromising creativity

Solution

The engagement resulted in a series of highly creative marketing experiences spanning lifecycle email campaigns, digital communications, and out-of-home advertising. To support long-term scalability, we also introduced a marketing-focused design system—applying principles traditionally used in product design to create reusable components, patterns, and guidelines. This approach enabled faster production, improved consistency across channels, and gave Gamma a foundation for evolving their brand communications as they grew.

As the project evolved, it became clear that designing individual campaign assets wasn't enough. The growing volume of work across multiple channels exposed the need for a more systematic approach to maintaining consistency while moving quickly. Although a design system wasn't part of the original scope, we proposed introducing one as a lightweight framework for marketing communications. The idea was enthusiastically embraced by the team, who immediately recognized its value—not only as a way to improve efficiency, but as a smarter, more sustainable approach to preserving Gamma's brand across every campaign.
